A 2007 census has been done, but none of the data has been released ( ???? ). This website is the only site that will post such data (we have been told), as it was done in 2004 [ 3 YEARS AGO !!!!! ]. We apologize to our visitors to this site, for the paranoia of the census takers. The 2004 census tables (including Harvest and Vine Counts) has been DELETED from this website. If you want them back, please contact the webmaster at fivestarvineyard@aol.com . The 2004 Census was conducted through the Nebraska Dept. of Agriculture / Ag Promotion Division The 2007 Census was conducted through the Nebraska Grape and Wine Board
This site will post recipes where Nebraska wine is in the recipe, as an ingredient or part of the sauce. The Categories are: Beef, Pork, Lamb, Poultry, Goat and Desserts.
